Synopsis: The movie portrays 6 Icelanders after the financial crisis and tells about the changes in personal life: Gudrun Lilja, a designer, can’t sell her limited edition works anymore and might loose her house. Palin has lost her job at the bank and works in an ecovillage nowadays. The carpenter Valdi had to move to his garage, his flats are rented out, but what the tenants pay doesn’t cover the mortgage. Gudrun Helga, an unemployed journalist has founded her own tourist company. The Anarchist Siggi has foreseen the crisis and publishes anarchistic literature. Hannes is unemployed since the crash and fears the coming winter.
The next screening will be on the 11. Mai at cinema cinématte in Bern. It will be shown 4 times and also twice at a cinema in St.Gallen in June (Kinok).
